About Me
Hello! My name is Heidi and I’ve had a camera in my hands since I was a kid! It’s been a little bit of a dream come true to take my passion and turn it into my career. Alongside photography I am also a life-long artist! This has contributed to the level of detail, spirit, and storytelling I try to capture in all of my images.
I love the outdoors, travel, the ocean, boating, fishing, gaming, and I am an avid animal lover. Exploring new places and capturing the beauty of them is my all-time favorite, especially if I can incorporate a story.

Every photo session’s images will be delivered digitally, via a beautiful online gallery that you can share with family and friends Prints may be ordered directly from your gallery. If you would like access to the full resolution images with printing rights, you may purchase that separately. Travel costs may be applicable depending on your location, so make sure to discuss this when booking your shoot.

I love maternity sessions! We will discuss prime locations, outfits, and accessories. I can incorporate custom flower crowns and custom open belly ‘gowns’ for an additional fee, depending on your needs. You will receive a gallery of 20+ beautifully edited and finished digital images.

Intimate Elopement / Destination Weddings
Imagine your perfect day commemorated by the bright hues of the setting sun over the tops of the mountains, or a beautifully winery, or the clearest ocean waves…just you, your partner, a few selections of your preferred guests (preacher, best-friend, best-dog-friend), and a pair of passionate photographers making sure to capture every little detail.
Elopements and destination weddings have become more and more popular lately, and I honestly can’t blame anyone for it! I loved my wedding, and definitely enjoyed being surrounded by all my family and friends…But I won’t lie, I would not go through that stress again if I never had to! In the end, the wedding day is about solidifying your unity with the love of your life, and after all the tears have dried, flowers have withered, and leftovers have been cleared, what remains are beautiful memories frozen in time by the images captured by your photographers.
When you invest in Heidi Bent Photography for your elopement photography needs, you are investing in my wholehearted efforts to guide you on everything and take the lead on location scouting, planning assistance, vendors, colors, flowers, safety, and me becoming your biggest fan as I help find the perfect way to celebrate your special day. Other Notes/FAQ
I’m a super creative individual and always have been. Need something specifically made? A flower crown? Veil? Bouquet? I will happily help you create custom little details to make your day special and if it’s outside of my wheelhouse, I will help you find the best person for the job.
If you are planning an elopement/wedding with a larger group of people, I would highly recommend hiring an experienced wedding planner to ensure you secure locations that can accommodate large groups of people and help plan/secure your itinerary, venue, permits, food, etc.
Photos will be delivered within about 10 weeks with sneak peeks provided! Photo albums and prints will be discussed after delivery of images and will be designed with the final shots you pick. I will provide guidance on design and on which images may work best, but final decisions will be up to you.
Depending on the package purchased, I will require a retainer fee not to exceed 50% of final cost, as well as a signed contract to lock in your date.
